Our Return Window
You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Items damaged through customer misuse are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at [Your Customer Service Email Address] with your order number and the reason for return.
- Await Instructions: We’ll guide you through the next steps, including the return shipping address.
- Ship It Back: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@tuuraa.com with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right!
