Processing Your Order
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During peak seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Methods & Times

Standard Shipping:
- Within Tamil Nadu: Estimated 2-4 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: Estimated 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping (if offered):
- If available, express options and their estimated times will be shown at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
- We may offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999). This will be indicated on our website and at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Delivery Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you are not available to receive your package, the courier service will usually make multiple attempts or leave a notification for pickup.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately at support@tuuraa.com.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact the courier service directly first. If the issue persists, then contact us.
