1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item delivered is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product or size
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products purchased during special sale or clearance offers
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us with the following details:
- Order Number
- Registered Email ID
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (if damaged or wrong item received)

4. Return Pickup
If your return request is approved:
- We may arrange a pickup through our courier partner, or
- You may be asked to ship the product back to us
Return instructions will be shared via email after approval.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
6. Exchange Policy
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer:
- Product replacement, or
- Full refund
Replacement is subject to product availability.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your payment provider or bank.
- If the issue still persists, contact us.
